Senior Executive/ White Glove/ VIP Support
Our client is a global, multi-billion dollar, hedge fund with head-quarters located in NYC, and other offices in Greenwich, Florida, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. The White Glove/ VIP support team is looking to add a Senior member to their team which provides high touch support to the Executives, Traders and PMs. Exceptional inter-personal, spoken and written English skills are a must.
Directly support all desktop, laptop, mobile and networking technologies used by the Executives (Windows 10, MS Office, Exchange, Bloomberg, iOS, etc.). Provide L1-3 technical support for escalated Executive incidents and requests occurring during business and non-business hours for various onsite and remote executive environments.
Must have financial services experience, trading floor support, exceptional personality and communication skills and be willing to work in the Greenwich office, pending a Fall recall to in-office work (3 days/week).
